Build a simple Ionic cordova plugin

I need a plugin to embed youtube player in my ionic app.

Requirements:

1) When the video id is provided youtube video should be embedded in the app

2) App should be able to a play and pause video using a button outside the player

3) When playing a video, app should be able to show the running time in a label

4) Should support both android and ios
