IOS App Development

I'm looking for a seasoned developer for an IOS App. There are multiple apps to be developed with the iOS app also being ported to Android.

I can supply the source code of my previous quiz app but it is buggy and and wasn't written for iOS-9

The price quoted below must be for the iOS App only.

- Agreement on how we will close the project pay you (i.e code has no bugs, and meets functional requirements below)

The App will be a quiz app that I can easily re-skin. It must feature.

- An simple way to import/modify questions and answers

- Tally up a users score at the end of the quiz

- Be able to post your score to social media (facebook, twitter, instagram)

- Flash up a green circle if answer is correct, red cross if answer is incorrect

- Show previous scores and record high scores

- Commented source code

- Integration with add services (pop up adds at the bottom of the quiz app)

- Have the app able to support all iOS versions. These apps will be ported to Android, so that must be kept in mind.

- Have the storyboard compatible with all iOS/Android phones (i.e change fonts and backgrounds)

- Ability to include multiple choice (tick box) questions

- Randomize questions and display questions that have been asked the least amount of times first

Any other input on how to make an app better would be great.
