iOS Top Nav Bar and multiple views height settings bugs

Immediate bug fix
- Need strong iOS/swift 3 developer to work at the programming view controller level. This bug is not a storyboard problem. This should be an easy fix for developers working with Swift programatic github repo.
A screen with buggy height settings that messes up when keyboard is activated and deactivated. The obvious problem can be seen in the top nav bar where the views are pushed up. There are 3 views with with height settings: top views, button and message views. See attachments.
- I believe that the heights calculation with the keyboard up is wrong which causes all of the views to be pushed up.
- The messed up top nav bar is bad for all subsequent screens.
- However, this can be fixed by alternating keyboard up and down
