I have an idea for a mobile app but need a developer to write the app. I need to app to be available for Iphone and Android.
The app will has to incorporate matching profiles capacity (preference language) along with instant messenger and Live calls.
The users are anonymous and should have a basic version (free download and 20 min of live chat and calls) and a premium version (pay a monthly fee) for users to use live chat unlimited.
