Automatic reading of PDF invoices

First let me say that freelancer's amazing website that provides opportunities to meet very talented and professional programmers, but I'm more tired on all the people who do not know what they are talking about and just take my time Just want to have the pros to do with!

We do not pay the money before we have seen, this job, we do not change and that's just because we have been cheated three times on freelancer

We are looking for a someone that can develop a web application that can interpret PDF invoices.

We want it built in .NET.

Web application automatically detects the amount, tax amount, and more. If the system cant find the data you should be able to click on the amount on the pdf so the correct data gets extracted, it should then save this so the next time you scan the pdf it should remember what you picked.

The data should be exported to XML.

Pdf invoices will be stored for different customers and different id.

The application should be able to read an mail account so the customers can email and the system read the attached pdf-file and tries to extract data from it.

It must be that there is a super admin adds companies that in turn add their customers.
