Professional Photographer / Videographer

I am looking for a professional photographer / videographer. My client is a dentist and i need photos taken of the practice and a group photo of the staff (no more than 20 images to be taken).
I need a promo video to be shot to be put on their website, this will be a video of the practice and staff and will be around 45 seconds to 1 minute long.
I need a video to be shot of the dentist making dentures which will be around 5-6 minutes. This will be put on the website and on the Youtube channel.
My client is based in Manchester. I am based in Essex and Birmingham. I will be driving up from Essex and can provide transport if required.
I need this all done on Wednesday 13th February 2019 or Wednesday 20th February 2019, preferably the first date.
Can you give me a quote for this to be done?
