Videographer and Photographer needed for short company film and website photos

Capstone’s Videographer/Photographer will report to the Marketing team and provide a range of media-related services which support the company’s Marketing, Admissions and Advancement. This position will serve as a temporary photographer and videographer at company events as needed. This position is responsible for bringing a creative perspective to video and digital photography, both on location and in primary and secondary section offices.

The Photographer/Videographer will assist in the daily marketing and communication operations of Capstone Prep. Primary duties include, but are not limited to;

- Take, edit and catalog photos and video of departmental activities and facilities throughout the company.

- Prepare images and videos for instructional and promotional use within the department.

- Oversee all aspects of production on assigned video projects, including videography, audio, graphic creation, and editing.

- Own photo/video camera and equipment; Stands, lighting, mic.

- Own photo and video editing software or ability to effectively use in-house software

- Supply prints or electronic files to colleagues and internal clients.

Manage and distribute digital files as requested.

- Flexibility with daily schedule

- Maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency across all projects.

This position requires a flexible schedule as filming will most likely take place on a Saturday and Sunday and two weekday evenings. Occasional travel may be required as well as some heavy lifting dependent on equipment. Must be located in Hong Kong or willing to travel to Hong Kong on your own expense.
