Create Paid To Signup add-on for existing script

I have an LFMTE traffic exchange script that I would like to add a "Paid to signup" (PTSU) area to. This section will allow members to submit a number of paid to signup ads, after payment, determined by the amount purchased. I will also need to be able to manually add ads from the admin area. I prefer that the script will be able to determine a successful signup automatically rather than handling it manually. The PTSU ad should also be removed automatically when the purchased number has been fulfilled.
