Fitness tool

I have a fitness tool which generates a meal plan based on an inputted calorie amount. My previous freelancer did not satisfy my requirements so I dropped him off the project.

I am looking for someone to modify the existing code to my standards. You must be an expert at algorithms and php/mysql, This tool pulls food items from a database and modifies their amount in order to satisfy both a calorie requirement as well as a "macro" requirement. The "macro" is the percentage of protein, carbs, and fats in the total meal.

Again, I will provide you with the original code and you will need to fix it to my standards and add the features my last freelancer did not. If you cannot fix the script to my standards, you will need to create the generator on your own. However, my last freelancer did a good job at commenting the code and I guarantee a professional will have no trouble with it.

-link to my generator which is not complete

Because I had trouble with my last freelancer, I am tripling my original budget to $300.

Also, because of the bad luck I had with my previous freelancer, I will not release a milestone until I see the generator working to my standards, then I will release more milestones as you complete the additional features. You can see my feedback, I am very fair, I give bonuses, but I expect constant communication (this is why I dropped my last freelancer). I will not tolerate days of no communication, I expect to know what features you are working on or having trouble with at all times.
