ClockLock ActiveX ASP.net

I have created an application called ClockLock which is used to restrict computer access to children at night. It is a windows application.

Problem is that sometimes my customer may accidentally lock themselves out of their PC at night too. Any user who is locked out can't unlock the system for obvious reasons.

Now, i want to create an ActiveX that can be run from my website once a subscriber logs in. From the ASP.net web page they will be able to run the ActiveX on their configuration file and unlock their installation.

Currently, each installation has a configuration file with a KEY that identifies that customer. The ActiveX would only work for the associated customer ID. That way, this user won't be able to unlock anyone else's machine. I also need web pages created where users will signup for their account, and access their account. These pages need to be done in ASP.net 2.0. All scripting must be done in vb.net

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
