Implementation of VOIP in C++

**Use packet sniffing techniques like wireshark etc to build tone detection component dll for SIP calls for c# SIP client.** the module needs to be reasonably accurate more than 80% for answering machines, fax, human and busy tones. My preferred language of coding would be c# but c++ is OK too. It has to be external component dll and needs to allow interactivity with 3rd party c# applications. The project is really simple and few days task for somebody who knows what he/she is doing. This is just beginning of a really long term relationship. Let me know of any queries
