VB.NET Resize Images

I require a simple piece of code that will resize a requested image. - Must be written in VB.NET (sorry, no C#) - My server supports ASP.NET 2.0 - Must be a single file - [url removed, login to view] - Must NOT be a compiled DLL - Must support both JPEG and GIF and maintain high quality of original images - Image will be requested through a querystring, such as /[url removed, login to view] - Resized images should be cached in a directory called 'resized' within the same directory as the original image (if it doesn't exist already) and returned on the output stream - Resized image filename should be the original name with a hyphen (-) followed by the new width. So for example, [url removed, login to view] resized to 100 wide would be saved as [url removed, login to view] - if the resized directory does not exist, it should be created - before resizing an image, the appropriate resized directory should be checked for the same image in the requested size - If the requested size is larger than the original image, it should simply return the original image (without caching it, as it would be identical to the original) - The min/max width of the image should be configurable from [url removed, login to view] - If the requested image does not exist, a default image should be returned (specified in [url removed, login to view]) - Code should be well structured with relevant comments I will need full source code and have all rights to do whatever I want with it. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
