MSI Table editor

I need an application similar to the Microsoft Orca tool to view/edit Microsoft Installer packages. The tool should have the same functionality of Orca or more. The application should be developed in Visual Basic 6.0 if possible or in Visual C++ 6 (MFC) and have well structured and documented code to enhance it if needed. It should support Windows Installer Version 1.x and 2.x Especially the code to manipulate the MSI file must be documented in the source code...
