This bid is for rights the source code and deployment of a job site. I don't care if the code is an already existing solution. (existing code) The job involves front-end, logo,graphics, database design, admin module, testing and deployment of a job board/site (like [login to view URL]) interface and graphics should match my taste and needs.
Coders should be very good at User Interface design as I am very selective about USER INTERFACES. GUI should be simple yet attractive.
The site should have number of functional items including maintenance and admin features.
Send the following:
1) List of specification and its [login to view URL] more functionalty the better.
2) Language should be Coldfusion, with SQL2000 please specify what other technologies that will be used.
3) What kind of support will you provide.
ATTENTION: YOU NEED RAC experience, good rating, and portfolio, OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. If you have a prototype or working version of the JOB SITE then send me the URL
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

using an MSSQL2000 Dbase

Photoshop, Fireworks, and/or Flash
