Internet Explorer Toolbar

I need a simple Internet Explorer Toolbar, which will install the following:

1) Will include a pop-up blocker (can be turned off and on).

2) A search box with a drop-down menu of engine lists (can be changed on my side), of which when selected it will reload the current page with the search result of the keyword inserted + search engine designated. (word will still be on the textbox, but the drop down menu will be resetted).

3) A browse (FILE) form option, on when the user clicks on the broswe button it will browse for the files. User can also manually enter a file location into the textbox. Next to it will be an upload button of which when clicked, it will send open a NEW page with the url :[login to view URL]

Very easy and simple, I need one that will work on IE 5 and above, pop-up blocker IE 5.5.

Additional ideas, features will be appreciated, please post price + extra ideas or features in mind.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
