MySQL command

I use MySQL regularly, but this particular command needs to be perfect the first time, as I'm using it on mission-critical data. I'll provide here the pseudo-code, and you provide the query. I have a table with the following structure: FIELD|TYPE|NULL|KEY|DEFAULT|EXTRA 1|int(11)unsigned||PRI|0|| 2|int(2)||PRI|0|| 3|float(10,2)|||0.00|| 4|date|YES|MUL|NULL|| 5|enum (y,n)|||y|| 6|int(11) unsigned|YES||NULL|| I want to add data (as new records) into a table let's call "my_table" The command will be: Add a new row ... with FIELD 1 is "some_value_for_1" ... with FIELD 2 is "some_value_for_2"... with FIELD 3 is "1.00" with FIELD 4 is today's date in the format "YYYY-MM-DD" with FIELD 5 is "y" with FIELD 6 disregarded I don't need any conditional logic like "add a new row where..." or "if...." Just add a new row.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
