phpBB Quote formatting problem

We have a paid-subscriber Forum that uses phpBB 2.0.20.

When someone posts and uses the [Quote] function to quote a line from another post, all postings in that thread are shown as wider than the forum header. When there are not quotes in a thread, the posts are the same width as the forum header.

We're looking for a phpBB expert to help us solve this!

The attached document shows screenshots of a thread withthe porblem (because it includes a quote) and a thread without it (no quote).

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
