a program that will produce tickets in either single tickets, or multiples of five and ten tickets. via a 80mm thermal epson printer. The ticket serial numbers are to be consectutive and will give report of start and finish numbers on a closedown report.

programing to run in MSdos and windows.

programing could be accepted in any lanquage.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
