Website (something similar in principal to fileplanet)

Looking for a website where the following happens:

1) A user signups; this grants him/her access to do the following things:

-Upload Screenshots ( image files)

-Upload Game Demos (.dem... could be any extension)

-Upload Frag Movies (.avi, .mov., .mpg, .zip, .rar)

-Upload Configs (.* files - could be any)

This should work that they have a directory on the server, when a user uploads it should be like this:

Obviously theuser is the username, screenshot is the upload type and the end part is the file. It should also offer the opportunity to DELETE files uploaded. The max space they should be allocated for ALL files is 100mb.

2) The opportunity to sign up for a subdomain, this should just be a paypal cart; the cost is £10.00 a year for [url removed, login to view]

It requires also the admin side to edit users details etc, remove files uploaded and to flag users who are being silly with the service.

The sign up form should only be the following:

Username, Password, E-mail address.

Please understand i do not want a standart upload for all; i've got one of these, it MUST be as described above, i'll provide you graphics.

To summarize a fileupload on free membership basis, with specific folders for users.

Must be delivered within 7 days.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
