Yahoo Sucks

I need a site moved from a Yahoo server to a reliable host that won't lose our database every time an order is sent. (hosting suggestions appreciated)

Further more, we need a host, UNLIKE YAHOO, who won't charge us $2.66, instead of the regular amount, then cancel the account even though full payment was available.

Finally we need a host who will allow us to save images to the site (i.e. shopping cart manager, product updates) without getting sucked into paying an extra $60/month like YAHOO tries too.

Our site, [url removed, login to view], includes four separate service forms, (i.e. ID scans and background reports) plus it includes a shopping cart to sell our POS equipment. The site already has PHP forms and a shopping cart, but as mentioned above, Yahoo, for some unexplainable reason, keeps losing our database and the PHP forms don't work.

The successful bidder should know PHP, MYSQL and is **expected to provide technical support if requested in the future.** This is not a big job and you will likely only have to set up the shopping cart manager and the database tables for the respective forms.
