Flash Map

Hi-

We need a flash map done pretty quickly, I gave this to my other designer but he got really sick, so we are in a bit of a jam to get this done in the next day or two. Please don't bid on this if you can't work on it today or tomorrow.

We need a flash map of the Mid Atlantic States (USA). Here is an example of the Mid Atlantic States

We want the map to look nicer than the link above, the link is just so you can see which states we need the map for.

Here's an example of a map that we like, I think if we did it in Flash the animation could be smoother.

The design should fit in with this color scheme and design. Basically, when you click on "Service Directory" or "Farm for Sale" (the links don't work yet), the site will go to a new page with the map on it, and the customer can choose which state they are looking for a farm in. So we want a nice looking map that has a rollover effect. We would like some time spent on the design of the map rather than copying the first link above. We want the map to look really cool.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
