Real Estate Site Design and Content

The Real Estate site I need developed should have very easy navigation and everything should be very easy to find. As you will notice there is a lot of information to put in the site.

The site will require Very good Graphical Design Skills, Web Design Skills and at least some knowledge of the Real Estate Market.

The site will link to MLS (Multiple Listing Service) for a dynamic search of the properties in Sarasota, FL area.

The site needs to include most of the information from these two sites:

They way the site should look like (and have an innovative navigation) to provide clean and easy searching as well as fit all of the links to the information can be found as examples in these templates:

Very good knowledge of English Language is critical as the wording in the RE market is very specific.

The site **must** look at least as good as the templates.

Preferred design in PHP and MySql if needed.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

4) All source code becomes the property of the buyer and the coder is responsible for providing all images, files, text, etc... at the end of the project.

Compatibility with most browsers is crucial especially IE & Mozilla Firefox.
