I need a custom plugin, preferably for wordpress as I am most comfortable with that platform.
Background:
I do salvage sales, which means when there is an accident (say fire) I will process all the goods. There are many owners, they will each need to be able to view their goods, including a picture of it (if available), various data fields (that I can tell later) which identify the unit, as well as a tracking history of where it is, where it went, and so on. It will also be necessary to show the assets on a google map (their location). Users are added, users can be grouped, users can be update (add a new entry such as for tracking location), admin (do anything) and, owner (can only see the details). It should be possible to assign the assets to the user/group with set permissions. they should be able to search / refine list, list all, and print / email the data. The database should be able to handle up to, say, 50,000 items without problems... more is better! And of course, this is a relational plugin as clicking on a user should be able to jump to the list of their assets, and so on.
I would also like to be able to assign an tracking barcode / QR code and print these per item. Scanning the code should take you to it in the website (after you login)
