I have an existing website with a top navigation menu. I need to add on a drop-down menu to one of the top menu links, for when the user hovers over the links. The links will be static, and I can update them by editing the code, as long as you tell me which file to update. The site was programmed with PHP Smarty templates. Attaching an example of how I'd like the menu to look and function.

I'll be adding 3-4 sublinks under the library link.
