Build Simple Content Web Site With Content I Provide

Are you web designer with a good track record of SEO? If so, this project should be very quick and easy…. Our goal is to achieve a top-10 ranking in the 3 main search engines for a fairly competitive keyword. Please indicate with your bid what results you have achieved in the field of SEO. If we’re happy with the work and the cost, there’s a strong possibility this will turn into regular work. The winning bidder will create a web site using content provided by us. He or she will be provided with approximately 10 articles already optimized for certain niche keywords phrases. The finished site will include the following: · 1 page for each article provided. Each page must be formatted professionally and include keyword optimized meta title, description, keywords and H1 tags. · Clean & professional look and feel. I would like something similar in style and format to [login to view URL] · Sensible site structure/navigation with site map · Relevant RSS feeds on home page · Newsletter sign up box (code provided) on every page · Google Adsense ads on some pages · Blog · “Add URL?? page and “Links/Resources?? pages as part of a sensible linking strategy. There will be unlimited revisions until we're happy although we will do our best to be reasonable. We will of course work with the winning bidder to agree on general structure/look and feel etc at an early stage.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

I initially said I would provide 25 keyword optimized articles to build the site. I am hereby changing this to a 10 article site. I will provide the winning coder with 10 optimized articles .

I have now amended the project description to reflect this change.

Given this significant reduction in the amount of work involved in setting up the site, please can you let me know your new bid so I can make a decision right away.
