Modify .htaccess file using mod_rewrite to turn dynamic url's into static url's for search engine friendliness.

I have a site at <[url removed, login to view]> that uses a content management system. The site ranks quite highly in the search engines, but only the main page is indexed as the rest of the site is dynamically generated.

What I require is someone to create a .htaccess file with all the necessary modifications that would create all the dynamically genearted url's into static urls.

Example:

<[url removed, login to view]> would become [url removed, login to view]

or something similar.

There are no more than 4-5 variables in each of the links, and only 10 or so files that would require attention.

If you know your way around apache this task is probably a breeze.

Am open to any other suggestions about how this might be achieved also.
