Screen Scraper Application

I need to have a screen scraping application developed according the documents attached.

The first document defines the requirements and the second document provides research that another developer has already done that shows what the best solutions are.

I need a very talented programmer to step in and pick up with this project and to complete this application.

Once you have finished this application, you will be responsible for running the first data scrape. If everything goes will, you will be hired to do additional data scrapes.

To have your bid considered, you will need to submit a detailed project plan that outlines the following:

1) How you will architect the solution.

2) What components you will develop

3) A timeline to show how you will complete the project in the desired timeline.

Any bid that does not contain this detailed information won't be considered. Please do not post any general information about yourself or your company in your response; your response needs to be customized to this specific bid.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
