Automated bracket generator

I need a website that allows users to sign up and verify with their email accounts. After that, the user signs up for a tournament using a form. The brackets are then able to be randomly generated at the click of a button.

Match results will be inputted by the users (checking the box next to the winner's name). If both users in a matchup report the same result, the program will automatically move the winner and losers into their next brackets respectively. If the results do not match, nothing happens and the users receive an error message.

Website admins must be able to change the results of the matches as needed.
