Quick javascript job (forms)

I have a page of textboxes with associated checkboxes.

They are named thus:

<input name="mDPad[catid_32]" type="text" class="yb" size="3" maxlength="4" value=""><input type="checkbox" name="mDPad[catidcheckbox_32]" value="32" checked>

with 32 being replaced with numbers 1 - 40

I need a quick bit of javascript that:

1 - when a checkbox is checked, the associated textbox is enabled with a class of yb

2 - when a checkbox is not checked or unchecked, the associated textbox is diabled with a class of gb

3 - sets the value of the textbox to an empty string when a checkbox is unchecked

The enable / disable needs to happen both after the page has loaded for resetting status of the textboxes for checkboxes that are checked; and also of course on a change event for the checkbox.

That's all!

Don't worry about cross browser compatability, will only be used in IE 5.5+.

## Deliverables
