Backend admin to update html pages (gay adult xxx)

I need a simple web based admin interface/application to allow me to easily update several websites, each consisting of three html pages with a "site tour".
The "tours" consist of 3 static html pages. Each page shows three "episodes". Each episode consists of title, text paragraph, 3 thumbnail images and a flash video. So there are a total of 9 episodes on three pages. For an example of a tour see here: [url removed, login to view] (warning: gay adult material!!)
In the admin backend I want to be able to add new episodes by uploading a ZIP file with a flash video, three images and then enter the title and text paragraph. The application will unzip the flash, resize images to thumbs if necessary, and place it all in the appropriate directory on the server.
Each time a new episode is added on the top of the first page, all older episodes move down a notch, and the oldest episode has to be removed. See attached sketch for details on how this is done.
The backend application should be password protected and written in PHP/Mysql. The actual tour pages are static html and should remain so. The application should be written so I can use it to update several sites that I can define in the backend.
