Fixing my avatar upload system and adding GIF support

Hello!

I have a website running (Adult) on AVS (adultvideoscript) but the avatar system is a little bugged.

When you upload a PNG image sometimes it doesn't work (JPG works though) and the user cropping system is bad (you can drag around a square but you can't change the size so if you upload a big image you are only able to crop a very small part of the image).

And I want Animated GIF support to be added (It needs to work good with the cropping system ofcourse!)

What I want is a avatar upload system like [url removed, login to view] (adult)
