HotScripts Clone - PHP Fixes - US ONLY

I have a php script that was created to be a hotscripts clone. The script is pretty much comeplete but there are 2 problems that I need a php coder to correct. These are simple errors and should not take more then 2 hours to fix.

What needs done:

1. The registration page sends you to a blank page after you register. Neeeds to be fixed to go to a thank you page and make sure the registration email is sent.

2. The categories on the listing page when I go to list a script does not show up. I cant select a category as the drop down menu is missing. Needs fixed to post a listing.

3. Some words on the site are in russian. The programmer I hired to do this job has not finished it and he did make some words in russian which I asked for english only. Needless to say I fired the prgrammer. These words need to be translated.

The website will only be given to those that I hear from in PM and only those that I feel are worth my time.

My Max budget for this job is $30.00, Dont try to tell me its worth more when I know better. I have been online for over 14 years doing website design and about 6 years doing php modifications to scripts.

Need this job done within 1 day once the provider is accepted.

Let me make myself clear I dont mind bids from other countries as what I have seen from romania and england they are a very good candidate for this job, But I WILL NOT TAKE BIDS FROM INDIA.. I REFUSE TO WORK WITH SOMEONE FROM INDIA.. DONT LIKE IT THEN DONT BID.. " i can do the job " dont cut it with me either.
