I need a low level driver for read/write data to S29GL064N90BFI040 [Spansion - 64 Mbit flash] using CCS C compiler.

The conroller is PIC18(L)F46K22.

I should works in 8 bit mode, muxing the addr. and data lines.

The routines needed:

Erase all

Erase from[addr] to [addr]

Read from[addr] to [addr] (max 2k Bytes)

Read 2k DATA byte from Usart / I2C and Write to addr.

Read 2k DATA byte from array and Write to addr.

Set memory in write protect mode.
