Signup / Billing System For OwnCloud

We need a signup and billing system for the "OwnCloud" software. It is Open Source and programmed with PHP. This shouldn't take you long. We will have 4 packages users can pay monthly on for storage space, and need that to work with [url removed, login to view] for billing the customer. Customer will choose their package on signup and should be able to upgrade their billing plan as well.

We will NOT make milestones, until work is completed. We are a real company and pay out for work completed. We will not make partial payments for partial completion.
