Socialengine 4.2.9 modifications

fter we upgraded to socialengine 4.2.9 we encountered the following issues & was referred to odesk.
" Forum 4.2.9 and the Blog 4.2.8 issues"
1. The Forum 4.2.9 and the Blog 4.2.8 both are exhibiting the same problem:
- They have no “My computer” source option in the edit box.
- When you post a youtube link it plays perfect in the “Preview Box” but will not post.
- It will not post text or pictures either from the edit box.
2. The Forum has no “browse” for picture feature to post photos only a URL option in the “Response to post" quick reply.
"Main activity feed"
1. On the main activity feed I do not have a “My computer” option in the video source drop down tab when trying to add personal videos. I have done 2 things myself.
- Chose the “Allow video” on all levels in the video tab.
- Checked to see if it was in maintenance mode via blog research.
I also would like these modifications adaptable to the frequent socialengine upgrades. In others words I do not want these changes disturbed at all after upgrades.
"Main logo needs"
1. The main logo needs to be centered we have no way to do this.
