Website IDX/MLS CSS Integration and PHP

Hello Everyone. I have a clients website that's already been redesigned. It's currently in XHTML and I need you to first convert this to php. Secondly, I need someone to integrate a real estate IDX system that we've already got into their current website. The IDX is already up and running, but its' really basic and doesn't have any flare to it. I need you to help me customize the css in order to give it a customized look and feel. I would like to see some of your high level css work you've done in the past. I'm looking for your best, so please send examples to me. Please make sure you're familiar with how the MLS IDX opperates and send me your css examples. This is somewhat of a rush job, that I need done, so please keep this in mind. I need to try and have this done by the end of the week.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

The winning coder must respond back to me within 24 hours of auction so we can discuss the project. After this time, they must be available via instant messenger and email. If they don't respnond within the 24 hours, I have the right to cancel their winning bid and select another coder.
