Write PHP based labelling software

Please read before bidding: Please do not apply if you have not read and understood our requirements. Please do not specify a price unless that is your final price. You must have a strong knowledge of PHP and be familiar with percentages. We would like this work completed within 7 days. We will prioritize bidders with a shorter completion time.
We require a PHP based labelling system.
The software must include a form that a user can access once logged in to generate a PDF sheet of labels. The user must be able to choose from 2 different layouts which I will supply. The labels will need to calculate some basic mathematics formulas (similar to an excel spreadsheet) based on form data. The labels will need to find and replace certain words / phrases in the form data from a predefined list that I will supply. The labels will need to highlight in bold certain words / phrases from a predefined list that I will supply. The labels will need to include basic information that the user will have been previously supplied in the user area. The design must be very basic but CSS based so that it can be easily edited afterwards.
The software must support multiple users along with a simple admin area to manage the users.
I will supply a basic GUI design to work from. I will supply a template for the labels. I will supply a sheet with the mathematics formulas for you to work from.
