Dental Deal is an online auction platform that was built is to facilitate a marketplace between patients (offeres) and dentists (bidders). The idea is that patients receive a quote from their dentist, post it on the platform with some details of the treatment and a breakdown of the price (e.g. dentists charge, material etc.) and wait for other dentists to underbid that price (reversed auction system).
The idea is inspired by a German platform [url removed, login to view] that have handled 80,000 auctions in 7 years. The owner of the platform is willing to support in any way.
The idea is to get the quality of the site as good as possible to start using it in production and then there is the option for the developer of providing ongoing support when cashflows start kicking in.
Would be good if you could show a reference project within a similar space (auction system).
