Outlook Forwarding

I require a script or outlook plugin that will allow me to automatically forward specific emails to another email address and make it appear that it was sent from me. The original sender must remain anonymous to the final recepient.

These emails that are sent to me have tif attachments and they will have to be subsequently sent to another recepient.

Either (1) the existing email will need to be stripped of the original sender information and forwarded, or (2) a new email will have to be generated with that attachment and sent as a new message.

This action needs to be triggered every time an email with a specific subject line appears in my outlook inbox.

In addition, the script will need to be able to modified to facilitate a variety of incoming emails sent to a variety of recepients.

This function does not necessarily need to be done in outlook. I am open to suggestions for using other methods.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program/script in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Complete instructions on how to install and modify the script.

3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
