Chase Paymentech/Orbital Payment Gateway to PHP Class

What I?€™m looking for someone to code is a PHP class to allow me to easily interface into the Chase Paymentech/Orbital payment gateway. It should use the Online XML API. The full documentation of the XML specification is attached.

The code must follow best practices for PHP security. The code must produce and submit well formed XML, and be able to receive and process XML responses properly. The code must be able to pass certification testing by Chase and is documented in the attached file.

Basic Credit Card Processing

-Process card (enter info, amount, return status)

-Verify card, but do not charge

-Refund amount

-Perform Address verification

-Verified by VISA processing

-MasterCard SecureCode processing

Recurring Billing

-Setup monthly recurring billing

-Cancel monthly billing

-Checking for upcoming expiration dates

-Perform scheduled billing

Manage Managed Billing

-Create profile (save card info)

-Update Profile

-Delete Profile

-Using profile information to make additional payments

General

-Error handling

-Reporting/logging

-End of Day posting

-End of day reporting

-General configuration setup (for account settings, IP, passwords, ect?€?)

Before submitting a bid please be sure you are capable of this type of project and cite references where you have done projects like this successfully.

The class needs to be well documented and some basic example code may be needed to make sure it will certify. See [url removed, login to view] for an example of what I mean by this.

Before getting into the code I would also ask that you create the documentation to outline the class, this will let our other developer see how it will all fit together and make sure we are not missing anything.
