API Developer using PHP needed for API connection

Hi all.
We are today using Harvest to track all our hours and need to move (duplicate) all the invoices created in Harvest to our invoice solution (Fiken). Both of these programs have open API Docs and we need this work done quite fast. We therefore request a freelancer that will be available to start tomorrow morning 09:00 (will be awarded around 8:00 GMT+1). Me myself will be available to discuss with throughout the day. We need the work completed within the coming Monday and therefore we need to get started tomorrow on this.
It's therefore important that the freelancer is close to GMT+1 to make it easy to interact with me to get quick answers and so on...
The API connection only needs to do 3 very specific things, more detailed information on these fields will of course be given once awarded:
- 1. Generate all invoices for all customers listed in Harvest (Expected specific ones already given) and set the invoices to Draft. This action is simply done manualy and needs to be a button somewhere. And of course have som options for who you want to run invoices for or if you want to run for everyone.
- 2. (This tasks runs every 4 hours) Find all invoices that are draft, duplicate them to Fiken and send them out in Fiken. Then mark them as sent in Harvest. If the customer is not found in Fiken it should be given out in the list and NOT duplicated to Fiken or marked as sent in Harvest, and try again on the next run. This list should be sent to a specific email.
- 3. This is a task that runs once a day and checks Fiken for paid invoices and if paid mark them as Paid in Harvest as well. So it will be quite smart to have a database to keep track of which invoices that are linked to the ones in Harvest and back.
