Automated On-Line IT Product and Services Proposal Generator (experienced Database Programmer only please)

BUDGET: Looking for $150 or best bid

Synopsis: As an owner of a Project Management company offering IT Outsourcing Solutions to companies here in the USA, I’ve found the majority of my time has been caught up in detailed proposals which even with templates and guidelines are still taking an average of 48 hours to complete. What “I need” is a solution that allows my potential customers who visit my site link to an online database (which is fully editable from within the admin as my company grows) and allows the client themselves to choose from a database front end pick all the products or services they need (ie. Hosting, Webdesign, Software Programming, Android or IOS App development, etc) and allow the client to choose what they need which is where the database narrows their options and makes recommendations calculating along the way the total cost to do the work allowing the potential client to edit as they see fit in order to either cut costs to stay within a budget or add products such as add-ons (such as plugins for Magento or WordPress).

Not only will this greatly reduce the amount of time I personally spend on building proposals but get our clients their quote immediately either online alone without the need for a sales rep or I can help sit with the clients side by side as we customize what is best for their business on the fly and deliver a printed copy before leaving their office!

I’m kind of envisioning the upper half of the page to be in a database format while the lower lists each option made. Of course certain things will be required so if an item is picked that requires something, it should be greyed out and not allow for editing by the customer since it is needed but if not needed, it would be just listed with a radio button to it’s left allowing the user to uncheck that box to remove it and its cost on the fly!
