Basic Page Scraping JSON parsing in PHP with SQL insert

What I need done:

1. Grab petID from file attached

2. Amend the ID to this URL http://www.wowhead.com/npc=####/young-talbuk#summoned-by

3. Grab the ID (see image: [url removed, login to view])

4. Store petID & itemID somewhere (can be SQL, or just define it, i can handle SQL insert)

5. Loop that for all items in the [url removed, login to view] file

Super simple project, should only take half hour. I have a $20 budget.
