Building web application - PHP/Ruby, Stripe payments, registration system

Hi there,

I'm building a web application to help freelancers find more work.

The application will consist of:

• homepage (static)

• register + login pages

• browse page (all available projects for the freelancer)

• billing page (view billing history, cancel subscription, update card details)

• account settings (change password, change email)

• admin backend - upload new 'projects' for freelancers + manage users (off-the-shelf backend solution would be fine)

'Projects' consist of: Company logo/image, project title, project short description, project budget or hourly rate, contact information (email - freelancer can contact the company/client themselves), location of the company/client, on-site or remote, project type - (web design, mobile design, front-end development, backend development, android development, iOS development, full package)

Once the admin has added a project, it will appear on the users' browse page (they will see all work they are subscribed to - either design, development or both).

ALL designs have been completed and HTML/CSS/JS files will be supplied, except for the admin backend.

Payments are recurring monthly via Stripe.

The system should be SECURE using a framework (NO WORDPRESS).

Users should be able to signup for free, but all project 'cards' will be blurred out until they subscribe for $75 per month
