CRM Mautic fix

I have installed an instance of Mautic CRM on our server.

I have a few minor problems.

1) The "Configuration" tab om settings will not load

2) I need to be able to import over 20K leads, I think something is wrong with the cron job loading a large database.

3) I need to be able to accurately set how many emails are sent per hour, and make sure they are actually sending

4) Need to confirm the unsub, webview, and forward works
