Cleaning script with regard to backdoor.

I have a information collection script. But i have the suspicion, that it is backdoored.
The freelancer has to check the source code on suspiciously code. If he said the script is clean, i will hand it out to another coder, who checks the work of the freelancer.
With backdoor i mean, part of code in the adminpanel or the script, which send the information to another person by email or by sql or something like that.
