Create Wordpress Cron Job

I need a plugin/ Cron Job for existing plugin (wordpress)

To be honest not sure how actually should work. But my actual plugin work like this

1 Insert year i click search Button

show results

2 i click Select all and then click import the result show from 1 page to all like 60 or more

If first page wass imported then again need to click search by year but this time i need to swich page. and i dont want to wait for about 2-3 min till import then again search and etc.. i would like a cron job wich will import every 5-10 min pages one by one sure there can be option where i can manual insert in code the year then will import till last page is done.
