Create a Wordpress Plugin to show Fishbowl Inventory on Wordpress Page

We are currently a website with a side that our distributors can log into. When logged in we want to give them the ability to search for available quantity from our inventory. The website is being built in WordPress and our inventory system is Fishbowl. Our inventory system is managed by Fishbowl inventory which already as integrate with several major platforms such as ZEN CART, Magneto, and others. What we would like to do is to have a WordPress plugin created that would connect with Fishbowl inventory and allow for a distributor to search by Part number for a product and have that product and quantity in stock display.
Here is a breakdown of what we are wanting:
1. Place a search function on the Inventory Lookup page on WordPress site.
2. With a single input search field for Part Number.
3. The output will be the Part Number and Quantity in stock
4. Inventory quantity is pulled from Fishbowl Inventory
The site is on GoDaddy Shared Hosting; Fishbowl is installed on a local office server.
The Fishbowl API access will be granted upon the project being awarded along with any other additional required information.
