Create a web-based generator solution which allows an admin to:

- insert three custom fields

- upload a CSV with first name, surname and email

- populate a template certificate with custom fields and CSV fields

-generate custom certificates

-email certificates to the users

-generate a custom certificate number for each certificate

-retain a record of all certificates issued
