Create a report script over Laravel

Hi,

I need someone to create a mechanism, built on Laravel 5, that will do the following:

1. Get data by GET request with a keyword and indication if the keyword had result or not (i.e. [url removed, login to view])

2. Have a report view page that will allow:

- Filter by: keyword and/or date range

- Show top 10/50/100 unmatched keywords

3. The admin web should be password protected.

4. The admin web should be responsive html5
